Conferences and lectures

When people come together for a conference or a lecture, the way in which they communicate is often just as important as the content. The architecture and atmosphere of the Alte Lokhalle offer you the perfect setting for this. Exhibition structures also allow you to design your lecture areas individually.

Depending on the size and requirements of the event, chairs are available for up to 700 people. Alternatively, parliamentary seating with tables for up to 300 people can be selected.

Our flexible room layout options also allow you to design several areas. This means that, for example, a plenary session can be separated from a larger workshop area, an exhibition or for an evening gala that takes place later.

The foyer and the Imperial lounge are ideal for catering. Here, too, a combination with the dance hall makes sense in order to provide additional rooms for workshops or exhibition areas.
